Finalists of the Seventh Edition of We Art Open, the prize for visual arts, designed by No Title Gallery and promoted by CREA - Cantieri del Contemporaneo Venezia, were selected to support and value contemporary Italian and International art. Titled, ‘Worldwide’, this seventh edition welcomed more than 3000 applications from all over the world. The 30 selected artists exhibited their works from February 17 to February 29 at CREA - Cantieri del Contemporaneo Venezia alla Giudecca (211/B,30133, Sestiere Dorsoduro, 30123 Venice VE). The opening of the exhibition was held on Saturday, February 17, at 6 p.m.

The We Art Open prize is a No Title Gallery project, created in collaboration with CREA - Cantieri del Contemporaneo Venezia and curated by Pier Paolo Scelsi, Sara Bizai, Gaia De Santi, Victoria Fadeeva and Filippo Vane. The goal is to support contemporary art, valuing established and emerging artists from all over the world.

Six were the open sections in the tender: painting and graphics; sculpture and installation; photography; video, performance and new technologies; land art and site specific projects; Hdemia (section for students of visual arts, lyceums, academies and universities).

For each section, the submitted nominations were selected by a diverse jury of contemporary art professionals made up of artists, gallerists and curators. In particular, the gallerist Marina Bastianello selected 6 finalists, of which the winner was Christopher Webb from Nova Scotia, Canada.
